About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and convert prospects into customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting, pitching, and negotiation to closing deals.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain meaningful relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel when required.
