Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain meaningful relationships.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Good understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel when required.

Responsible For

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and convert prospects into customers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting, pitching, and negotiation to closing deals.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and reports.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless client experience.

  • Maintain updated records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM tools.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
